Harpal is a product leader and strategic advisor working as a CPO/VP for over a decade with organisations to build digital products using emerging technologies.
Harpal co-founded an AI/ML eCommerce tech startup in 2012 and has held product leadership roles at intu plc, SThree plc, Selligent Marketing Cloud, Net-a-Porter and Yahoo! With roots in Human Computer Interaction (HCI) and Computer Science from University College London and University of Oxford, Harpal worked as a hands-on UX Designer for several startups and agencies early in his career.
Harpal has built and managed excellent teams of between 10 and 200 people and managed product portfolios between £10M and £250M in annual revenue. Harpal is a multi-lingual, speaking four languages. Harpal is based in the UK and has lived and worked in other countries, including the US, Belgium, Germany, India, and China.
