I work with companies to validate the need and scope of a self-serve product. In a Product-Led Org, the business is the product, and the product is the business, i.e. the product's success is the company’s primary driver of growth and value. Transitioning into a product-led org doesn’t mean giving up on direct sales or abandoning tech initiatives. Instead, it’s about customer-centricity at its core and aligning the company’s priorities and business functions to utilise the product as the primary driver of value creation.
